HSBC Corporate Services Price Guide
Important:
- This tariff will be effective from 01 November 2024 all HSBC business customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- The Bank reserves the right to amend, at any time, its charges, commission or fees and may notify the customer in any manner it deems appropriate
- All fees apply to normal banking transactions. The Bank reserves the right to levy additional charges for services provided, at its sole discretion
- The tariff for any services not mentioned will be available on request
- The below fees & charges do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), and where applicable 10% VAT will be charged in addition to the stated amount.
In accordance with Decree-Law no. 48 of 2018 on VAT, if a foreign currency transaction is subject to VAT, the total amount of VAT charged for that transaction will be converted into Bahraini Dinars using the exchange rates published by the Central Bank of Bahrain. The actual Fee and Charges amount will be converted as per HSBC's internal rate.
The Central Bank of Bahrain publishes the foreign exchange rates on its website from Sunday to Thursday at 8am (local time). For any foreign currency transactions conducted on a Friday or Saturday, the Central Bank's rates published on the preceding Thursday will be applicable. In the event that the Central Bank of Bahrain does not update the exchange rates on a particular day or they are unavailable, HSBC will apply the last published rate.
